# ProDocuX industry application patterns

These are reference patterns, not certifications. Professional judgment, legal duties, data governance, and final approval remain with qualified people and deploying organizations.

## Common operating pattern

Sources and intent → PDX Artifact Engine orchestration → ProDocuX Kernel verification → professional approval → deliverable artifacts with manifests and evidence.

Artifact Engine manages plans, routing, checkpoints, resume, external operations, failures, and approval state. ProDocuX Kernel profiles documents and validates structure, rules, versions, diffs, source pages, and checksums without runtime LLM calls.

## Industries

### Cosmetics, fragrance, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals

Reference workflows include ingredient, formula, SDS, specification, label, claim, regulatory-source, submission, batch, and change-evidence dossiers. The system does not decide safety, efficacy, chemical compatibility, GMP, or regulatory approval.

### Manufacturing and quality operations

Reference workflows connect work orders, BOMs and specifications, inspection evidence, nonconformance and CAPA, supplier and lot traceability, and engineering changes across MES, QMS, ERP, and PLM. PDX does not control equipment or autonomously decide conformity, process parameters, or product release.

### Healthcare and care operations

Reference workflows include referral, discharge, care-handoff, policy-change, completeness, de-identification, and audit packets. The system does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or determine lawful PHI use.

### Financial services and insurance

Reference workflows include claim and underwriting case assembly, model cards and validation evidence, wording diffs, internal-control records, and supervisory exam packs. The system does not autonomously make credit, investment, coverage, or denial decisions.

### Legal services

Reference workflows include contract diffs, clause matrices, matter and diligence indexes, exact-source citation bundles, filing records, and approval trails. The system does not provide legal advice or determine authenticity, privilege, admissibility, or signature validity.

### Logistics and field service

Reference workflows include dispatch and route versions, event timelines, ETA variance and delay evidence, proof-of-delivery exceptions, temperature or damage packets, and SLA audits. The system proves the received data and processing trail, not physical-world truth.

### Media and creative production

Reference workflows include source-document and asset identity, segmented generation, replaceable executor routing, long-job checkpoints and resume, technical QC, review packs, and delivery manifests. Generation quality, narrative meaning, spend, publication, and final creative selection remain outside the Kernel or require human authorization.

### Household and personal records

Reference workflows include home inventory, warranties, maintenance history, family handoffs, and claim packets. Personal data should be minimally disclosed and shared under user control.

## Where else it fits

PDX is strongest when work spans multiple sources or systems, can pause, fail, receive corrections, and resume, requires explicit roles and human approval, and must end with versions, provenance, diffs, and an audit trail. The pattern can extend to public procurement, construction and engineering, energy and utilities, education and research, and other document- or event-intensive workflows.

## Adoption

Start with one document or event packet. Define input, output, failure, and approval contracts. Validate representative de-identified success and failure fixtures before connecting more systems and tools.
